Webinar: How links between civil registration and social protection systems can help respond to COVID-19

This video is a recording of a webinar that took place on September 22, 2020. Organized by the Centre of Excellence for Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) Systems and the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data (GPSDD), it presents the findings from the publication The Nexus Between Civil Registration and Social Protection Systems: Five Country Practices. Two of the country studies featured in the compendium, Argentina and South Korea, offer insights into the role that integrated civil registration and social protection systems can play in strengthening national responses to the COVID-19 pandemic.
